Our employment profile
We seek people who have
- at least 10 years experience within management and Human Resources with specific experience across several of these areas – employee relations, enterprise bargaining, performance management, pay and conditions, equity and diversity, HR policies and practices, grievances/disputes resolution, HR strategy and planning, facilitation, organisation development and cultural change
- held senior roles within organisations
- management experience, with direct responsibility for managing staff performance
- the ability to add to the development of our business and services through effective networking, marketing and consultancy service development
- experience as a consultant or clear aptitude to develop into a successful consultant (eg. skills for self and client management, sales and marketing/networking, realistic / balanced view of pros and cons of consulting etc.)
- good ‘fit' with our consulting team, including compatible professional values and aspirations
- ‘maturity' re career outlook / professional identity / aspirations
- a genuine desire to move into consulting and to work with our organisation
- a team focus / approach
