Anne Barclay Director
Anne Barclay is a multi-skilled HR professional who has developed and implemented HR initiatives across the spectrum, including HR strategy and policy, organisational and process reviews, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, recruitment and selection, and change management.
Anne applies project management, strategic thinking, analysis and facilitation skills to develop and implement people based solutions that work. Anne draws on her extensive knowledge in the HR field, as well as her experience in managing teams and leading change, when working with clients.
Anne believes that those organisations who take a more planned, structured and 'investment' approach to managing people do better than those who don't. This requires good systems, processes and practices delivered by skillful and supported people managers.
Anne is a co-founder and Director of HR Advantage.
