John specialises in business improvement and knows how to build bridges to improve organisational performance.
John has worked with managers and teams to build their performance and, at a systems level, with organisations to develop and implement improvements to HR processes and practices. John has worked with clients to implement change, improve employee communications and develop HR systems and processes that support business improvement.
He is recognised as an independent facilitator, innovative negotiator and change leader. He facilitates strategic planning, team development and business improvement activities. He is also a skilled negotiator who has represented both employee and employer groups in developing workplace agreements, including advocacy in Industrial Commissions.
