Team Performance Profile

The Team Performance Profile is a multi-rater instrument that provides a 360 degree view of how well a team is performing based on nine critical work functions. It provides a mini audit for teams showing where their strengths and weaknesses lie. It helps to provide an objective view of the team's performance as a whole rather than focusing on individuals within it. By including feedback from a range of sources about the team, the profile mitigates the problem of 'group think'.

The Profile can be used to help teams review their processes and priorities, identify development needs, benchmark team performance, undertake action planning for improvement, and take a strategic and holistic view of the team and how it is operating.

This profile can be particularly vaulable as part of a change process where reform is required or as part of a contnious improvement and development process aimed at the team level.
