The Brief

HR Advantage has designed and delivered a variety of team building and team development workshops.  Workshops are tailored and designed in response to identified client needs and contexts including to:

  • Provide professional development to enhance team skills and teamwork
  • Build team identity and relationships
  • Assist teams to manage shifting and/or new work demands
  • Support implementation of structural, process and/or work design changes
  • Assist teams to ‘regroup’ when changing business circumstances lead to changing roles, requirements and/or expectations (eg.  managing growth, new direction, new priorities)
  • Accelerate the development of new team relationships (eg. a mix of longer standing and new team members, or new roles and/or skills sets moving being introduced)
  • Foster the development of relationships to improve collaboration across teams
  • Provide ‘time out’ for teams to reflect, refresh and reset.

Our Response

We have worked with individual teams and also at a whole of business level with clients to provide team development workshops.

Team development workshops vary in format typically from one half day to two days depending on the scope of needs identified with the client.  Programs may be run on or off site.  We offer programs that can be conducted in a residential offsite format or conducted as a module component of a longer leadership or staff conference or development program. 

We have used individual and/or team profiling tools with our workshops where these are relevant to the client’s needs.
