Christine Cox




Chris has over 20 years experience consulting to public and private sector organisations including with local and state government, utilities, not-for-profits, manufacturing, aged and disability care, community services, professional services, transport and logistics, and higher education.

Chris works with clients to create genuine change and capability improvement.  Developing and implementing pragmatic contemporary people solutions is at the heart of her work.  Projects she has undertaken have spanned many areas of people and culture as they intersect with business performance including work design, organisational change, team development, leadership development, and people management processes and practices.  She is passionate about developing individual capability and is a highly experienced facilitator, coach, designer and developer of innovative learning and development experiences which create behavioural change and sustainable outcomes.

Chris is a Certified Management Consultant, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management Consultants, a Professional Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, a member of the Career Development Association of Australia and is an accredited coach with Growth Coaching International.  

Chris holds a Bachelor of Education, a Diploma of Consultancy, a Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment, and is accredited to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Team Management Profile and Saville Wave Professional Styles.
