Anne Barclay

Anne Barclay has developed and implemented organisational improvement and people related initiatives across a wide spectrum of people and culture issues. Her work includes leadership and team development, she works extensively with executive and management teams to improve their effectiveness, undertakes individual executive coaching, has conducted organisational and structural reviews, worked on targeted initiatives to develop organisational capability, developed and implemented people management strategy and policy, designed and implemented major processes addressing change management, workforce development and talent management.

Anne applies project management, strategic thinking, analysis and facilitation skills to develop and implement people based solutions that work. Anne draws on her leadership and business skills, expertise in developing and managing people and organisational culture, as well as her experience in managing teams and leading change, when working with clients.

Anne believes that those organisations that take a more planned, structured and investment approach to organisational and people management do better than those that do not. This requires good governance, systems, processes and practices delivered by skilful and supported executives, leaders and teams.

Anne has an active interest in governance, as a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and as an experienced Non-Executive Director and Chair.  Anne is a current Non Executive Director on the Board of Challenge DV, a charity dedicated to working with the community providing strategies and services around the prevention of Domestic and Family Violence.
