John Scoble

John is a highly regarded management consultant with over 40 years experience and is an always valued co-founder of HR Advantage. 

Over his consulting career, John has worked with senior management to improve management and organisational effectiveness, facilitated planning, leadership development, team development, and business improvement activities. He has also worked extensively in negotiation, conflict resolution and mediation.  

John has transitioned to retirement and in recent years has focused his efforts in the Not for Profit sector.  He has applied his skills with a focus on governance, organisational effectiveness, supporting communities and related community development work. 

John is a former Board Chair of Rosies, a charity which aims to offer friendship and unconditional acceptance to those who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or are experiencing social isolation or loneliness.  As an active member of the community John engages with meaningful endeavours where he can make a difference in people's lives.
