Team Management Profile

The Team Management Profile focuses on enhancing an individual's understanding of personal work styles (both your own and others) and approaches to work. Based on responses to a questionnaire, a personal Team Management Profile is created to provide constructive, work-based information outlining an individual's work preferences, communication style, how they like to work in a team environment, leadership strengths, decision-making style and interpersonal skills.

The profile can be used for individual professional development, including career development, coaching and leadership development, or as a powerful team development activity for executive teams, functional teams, cross functional teams and project teams.
